We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Gold Auditor with hands-on experience in gold appraisal and basic accounts management.
Conduct periodic branch audits for gold loan operations.
Verify gold packets, valuation records, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and operational procedures.
Identify irregularities, risks, or deviations in gold loan processing.
Prepare audit reports and highlight discrepancies to management.
Monitor security and storage procedures for pledged gold.
Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions.
Conduct regular audits to assess financial compliance and identify any discrepancies or issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for auditing purposes.
Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during compliance audits.
Provide guidance and support to junior audit team members, as needed.
Conduct training sessions for branch staff on gold loan procedures, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
