We are looking for an experienced, responsible and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead our digital marketing team, manage projects, develop strategies and drive measurable business growth.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent understanding of SEO, PPC, Analytics & Marketing Automation
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful digital campaigns
- Strong communication, team management and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Planning
Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, Paid Advertising and Social Media.
Team Leadership
Manage the digital marketing team, assign daily responsibilities, guide and train team members, and review overall performance.
Performance & Analytics
Track campaign performance, analyze data and ROI, and continuously optimize marketing strategies for better results.
Budget Management
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to high-performing campaigns and channels.
Project Management
Take complete responsibility for assigned digital marketing projects, coordinate with the team and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
A mature and confident digital marketing professional with strong leadership abilities who can manage a team, take ownership, handle responsibilities independently and deliver measurable results.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
