We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal & Administrative Assistant to streamline both day-to-day business operations and personal management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask seamlessly, and prides themselves on staying three steps ahead.
You will handle everything from essential office administration to personal logistics, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Support:
✅Manage day-to-day documentation, including printing, scanning, filing, and organizing physical and digital records.
✅Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, coordinate schedules, and manage email correspondence professionally.
✅Assist with basic data entry, research, and tracking project timelines or operational tasks.
✅Coordinate local logistics, vendor interactions, and small-scale procurement or deliveries as needed.
Personal & Logistics Support:
✅Manage external errands, including physical document submissions, and coordination regarding financial/regulatory institutions.
✅Handle travel arrangements, booking local transport, and scheduling personal appointments.
✅Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding all personal and business matters.
✅Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in suitable field
Experience: Freshers are preferred
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and standard smartphone applications.
Soft Skills: High integrity, exceptional organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
