Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic Cluster Heads to drive sales growth, distributor development, market expansion, and collection management across assigned territories. The role involves leading field sales teams, strengthening dealer/distributor networks, and ensuring achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve sales and collection targets for the assigned cluster.
· Manage and expand distributor, dealer, and retailer networks.
· Lead and motivate field sales teams to improve market coverage and productivity.
· Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
· Monitor competition, market trends, and customer requirements.
· Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company policies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
· 4-6+ years of experience in Sales, Distribution, or Channel Management.
· Candidates from Automobile Spare Parts, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Lubricants, Tyres, Batteries, or similar distribution-driven industries are preferred.
· Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively.
