Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Protein Powder Division
Experience: 5 years minimum
Qualification: Any related
Location: Sahnewal, Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000per month + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth for the Protein Powder portfolio through strategic partnerships and channel development.
Generate and expand business through healthcare professionals, wellness centers, gyms, fitness trainers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business expansion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Required Skills:
Prior experience in Nutraceuticals, Health Supplements, Sports Nutrition, or FMCG industry preferred.
Strong network within the healthcare, fitness, and wellness sectors will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development activities.
