Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Associate with experience in international voice processes to join our global unsecured business finance team.
This is an outbound international process where you will connect with business owners across global markets, introduce our unsecured business financing solutions, and encourage eligible businesses to request a funding quotation. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads and create opportunities for our underwriting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international business prospects and introduce our unsecured business financing solutions.
- Engage with business owners, decision-makers, and finance professionals to understand their funding requirements.
- Explain the benefits of our financing products and guide interested businesses through the initial quotation request process.
- Encourage prospects to share the required business information to generate customized funding quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely handover of qualified leads to the underwriting/account management team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in an International BPO/International Voice Process (Sales, Lead Generation, Telecalling, or Customer Support experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a neutral or clear accent.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with the ability to confidently engage international customers.
- Comfortable handling outbound calling targets and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle objections professionally.
- Experience in international sales, lead generation, or financial services will be an added advantage.
