Experience: 1–3 Years (Healthcare/Home Care experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate home nursing and care giving services for patients.
✅ Handle patient inquiries and service bookings.
✅ Schedule and assign nurses, caregivers, and attendants based on patient requirements.
✅ Maintain regular communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
✅ Monitor service quality and ensure patient satisfaction.
✅ Maintain records, reports, and daily operational updates.
Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
✔ Experience in healthcare, hospital coordination, home healthcare, or customer support preferred.
✔ Ability to manage multiple cases and schedules efficiently.
✔ Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, and Email.
✔ Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
