Field Executive (Data Management)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contractual
Role Overview
The Field Executive (Data Management) is responsible for collecting, verifying, updating, and maintaining beneficiary, institutional, and stakeholder data within a 5 km radius of Khanpur. The role supports project implementation by ensuring accurate field information, maintaining strong community relationships, and providing timely reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Data Collection
- Conduct door-to-door and field surveys within the assigned area.
- Collect beneficiary details using digital or paper forms.
- Verify Aadhaar, mobile numbers, address, and other supporting documents.
- Update the beneficiary database regularly.
2. Institutional Mapping
Identify and maintain records of:
- Schools
- Colleges
- Hospitals
- NGOs
- RWAs
- Community Centres
- Government Offices
- Local Businesses and CSR prospects
Update contact details of key decision-makers.
3. Community Engagement
- Build relationships with local leaders, ward representatives, schools, and community organizations.
- Conduct awareness visits for Siddhas Trust programmes.
- Share information about skill development, healthcare, education, and livelihood initiatives.
4. Data Management
- Upload field data into Excel, Google Sheets, or the organization's MIS/CRM.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Remove duplicate records and update changes promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of beneficiary information.
5. Survey & Documentation
- Conduct need assessments and beneficiary surveys.
- Capture geo-tagged photographs (where required).
- Prepare visit reports and field observations.
- Maintain proper documentation of all activities.
6. Support Programme Implementation
- Assist in mobilizing candidates for training and healthcare camps.
- Support beneficiary registration and document verification.
- Coordinate with the office team for follow-ups.
7. Community Engagement

Skills Required
- Good communication in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, mobile apps).
- Ability to conduct surveys and verify documents.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the local geography.
Qualification
- Graduate or 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Experience in NGO fieldwork, surveys, community mobilization, or data collection is desirable.
- Valid two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
Salary Structure
- Fixed Salary - 15k - 20K
- Travel Allowance - As. per Policy
- Performance Incentive - Based on KPI achievement

- Build and maintain a reliable beneficiary database for the Khanpur service area.
- Ensure timely and accurate data for project planning and reporting.
- Strengthen Siddhas Trust's outreach by identifying eligible beneficiaries and local stakeholders.

Benefits:

Pay: ₹15,500.66 - ₹20,000.27 per month
