Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of operational processes to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Experience in managing and supporting production environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex operational issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- Knowledge of configuration management and deployment strategies within enterprise environments.
