Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Line Cook to prepare and serve high-quality food in a fast-paced café environment while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items as per recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage mise en place and proper food storage using FIFO practices.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Support smooth kitchen operations and coordinate with the service team.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or similar kitchen role.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
