Job Responsibilities:
1.Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety rules inside the paper plant.
2.Conduct daily workplace inspections and report unsafe practices.
3.Provide safety training to workers and contractors.
4.Maintain safety documents, registers, and incident reports.
5.Investigate accidents and suggest preventive measures.
6.Ensure all PPE is used properly and available on site.
7.Assist during fire drills, emergency response, and risk assessments.
7.Coordinate with government authorities for statutory requirements.
Required Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering (preferred).
Diploma in Industrial Safety.
Minimum 2–5 years experience in a manufacturing or paper industry environment.
Good knowledge of Factories Act, safety standards.
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills.
Ability to identify hazards quickly.
Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
Ability to train workers simply and clearly.
