Job Description:
Responsible for the baseline project schedule in the construction of industrial , warehouse and commercial buildings in chennai region, This position offers exposure with Design Build, Design bid Build projects within turnkey construction and General contracting business models.
Preparation of project schedule with suitable work breakdown structure for the project. Preparation of the detailed project resource plan and cashflows, Management of the progress measurment system and reporting. Idendify project delays and issues and report.
Need to collaborate with other construction management professionals, Clients, suppliers, contractors and labors to review progress, catch up plan,schedules, resolve conflicts and issues.
