We require a professional Welder who joins, cuts, and repairs metal components and structures using specialized machinery & also who works in demanding environments like manufacturing, automotive, and construction while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Core Responsibilities
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to determine exact specifications.
- Material Preparation: Cut, grind, and clean metal surfaces prior to welding to ensure strong, defect-free bonds.
- Welding Execution: Operate equipment such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and Arc welders to fuse components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Quality Inspection: Test and inspect welded joints for accuracy, strength, and compliance with industry safety and structural standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding machines, torches, and hand tools to keep them in safe working order.
- Safety Compliance: Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience and certifications (such as AWS or NCCER) in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
- Physical Stamina: Excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to lift heavy materials (often up to 50 lbs) while standing for long hours.
- Mathematical & Spatial Aptitude: Ability to calculate dimensions and understand complex spatial layouts.
- Detail-Oriented: A careful eye to monitor heat levels, prevent metal distortion, and spot hairline fractures
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
