CanAcademy – Center for Competitive Examinations is looking for a dedicated and responsible Office Staff member to join our team at our Vengara, Malappuram branch.
We are seeking a candidate with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle daily office operations efficiently.
- Minimum Age: 30 years and above.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and documentation.
- Attend phone calls and respond to student and parent enquiries.
- Provide information about courses and admissions.
- Maintain student records and office files.
- Coordinate with faculty and management for daily activities.
- Handle basic computer work, data entry, and report preparation.
- Support admission and front office operations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work in a professional office environment.
- Minimum Age: 30 years and above.
Preferred Skills
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Previous office administration experience is an advantage, but motivated candidates are welcome to apply.
