Position: Stores Executive
Location: SIDCO Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai, 600098
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stores Executive to manage inventory and stock operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in inventory management, handling powder/raw material stocks, and maintaining accurate stock records. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity in managing large volumes of inventory.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
· Handle powder/raw material inventory and monitor stock movement.
· Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.
· Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
· Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
· Prepare inventory reports, stock statements, and documentation.
· Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards within the store area.
· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
· 4–5 years of experience in stores and inventory management.
· Experience in handling powder/raw materials is mandatory.
· Proven experience in managing large stock volumes.
· Knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management systems.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
· Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
· Honest, dependable, and highly reliable with strong accountability.
· Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications).
