Key Roles & Responsibilities
- System Operation: Monitor and operate pre-treatment units, RO systems, EDI (Electrodeionization) systems, and the MCDP (Multi-Column Distillation Plant) to generate Purified Water and Water for Injection.
- Parameter Monitoring: Observe SCADA/PLC control panels, gauges, and meters to track flow rates, pressures, temperatures.
- Water Quality Testing: Collect routine samples to conduct chemical and microbiological tests (e.g., pH, conductivity, total dissolved solids) to ensure compliance with strict industry and safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on pumps, valves, and filtration membranes. Manage sanitization processes like Clean-in-Place (CIP) to prevent contamination.
- Chemical Management: Calculate, calibrate, and adjust chemical feed dosages (such as coagulants, anti-scalants, and disinfectants) based on lab results.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate shift logs, equipment checklists, and calibration records in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

- Education: A diploma, ITI, or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related science Chemistry.
