Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell gym memberships. The candidate will be responsible for converting walk-ins and leads into memberships, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into gym memberships.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and explain membership plans, offers, and facilities.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective members via calls and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities and membership drives.
- Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and conversions.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for customer interaction.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales, telecalling, fitness, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
