About the Role:
This is a mid-level client servicing role for someone ready to independently own and run client accounts, with real estate exposure considered a strong advantage. You will be the primary day-today point of contact for 2–3 clients, translating their business needs into clear briefs, steering internal teams towards strong creative and strategic output, and ensuring every campaign is delivered on time and on brief. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, project execution, and early-stage strategic thinking.
Industry Background:
- Agency internship experience plus 2+ years in a Tier 2 agency
- Minimum 2 years working on a couple of marquee brands across industries
- Real estate experience is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable operating with a degree of independence and limited day-to-day supervision
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Independently handle day-to-day operations for 2–3 clients, acting as the primary point of contact
- Work alongside creative, copy, and strategy teams to drive campaigns from brief to delivery
- Build strong, well-structured presentations with clear narrative and analytical backing
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable internal direction for creative and strategy teams
- Apply a basic to mid-level understanding of brand and communication strategy to guide recommendations
- Communicate confidently and credibly across client leadership and senior internal stakeholders
- Own account financials at a working level — estimates, scopes, and timely billing follow-ups
- Anticipate client needs and proactively flag risks, delays, or scope creep before they escalate
- Mentor and guide junior account executives on the team, reviewing their output and trackers
- Drive campaign reviews and reporting, pulling out key learnings and recommendations for clients

- Strong presentation-building skills — structure, storytelling, and visual clarity
- Solid analytical ability to interpret data, market context, and campaign performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the confidence to manage senior stakeholders
- Sound judgment in prioritizing across multiple live accounts and competing deadlines
- Working knowledge of brand strategy fundamentals and the ability to question briefs constructively
- Strong ownership mindset — comfortable being the person clients and teams rely on
- People management instincts, with the ability to guide and unblock junior team members
Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
