About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and clients, explaining the company’s services and benefits, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students and clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Explain company services, offerings, and benefits in a professional manner
- Convert student inquiries into admissions/business opportunities
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper communication records
- Achieve monthly admission and business targets
- Maintain knowledge of company programs, services, and industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Counselling, or a related role
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education, overseas consultancy, or student counseling industry preferred
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
