About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead the social media presence of our jewellery brand across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience building high-engagement communities, driving organic growth, collaborating with influencers, and supporting online sales through social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies.
- Plan and manage content calendars.
- Grow followers and engagement organically.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Threads.
- Coordinate product launches and festive campaigns.
- Work with photographers, designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer engagement.
- Boost high-performing posts and coordinate with the PPC team.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with SEO and eCommerce teams to increase website traffic and sales.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and scheduling tools.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations.
- Understanding of analytics, audience insights, and social media trends.
- Experience working with jewellery, fashion, luxury, or retail brands is preferred.
