Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping in Tally
- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation basics
- Proficiency in MS Excel; Advanced Excel knowledge will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
