Key Responsibilities
- Manage online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and company website.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/store teams.
- Process and track orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive offers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications are accurate.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve online business performance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
