Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our team and help provide excellent customer service. The intern will assist customers through email, chat, phone, or support tickets, ensuring inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or support system.
- Assist in tracking and following up on customer requests.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Gather customer feedback and report common issues to the team.
- Support the creation and updating of FAQs, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email and office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
- Experience with spreadsheet and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
