About the Role
Zain Corporation is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries and sales coordination for wiremesh products. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, checking material availability, sharing quotations/rates, and coordinating deliveries to ensure smooth customer service and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements related to wiremesh products.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, and direct communication.
- Coordinate internally to check material availability and stock status.
- Share product pricing and quotations with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and confirmations.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Maintain customer records, sales updates, and order details.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Support the sales team in daily operational activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Coordination.
- Experience in industrial products/building materials/trading industry will be an added advantage.
- Any Graduate can apply.

- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Local candidates from Pune preferred.
