Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Prepare and record payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
- Handle purchase and sales invoice entries.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense statements.
- Assist in bank reconciliation statements.
- Prepare GST data and support statutory compliance documentation.
- Maintain employee reimbursement and vendor payment records.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts matters.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Prepare reports as required by management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
