QHT Clinic (Quick Hair Transplant Clinic) is a leading hair transplant and cosmetic clinic focused on providing high-quality patient care and treatment solutions. We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with prospective patients, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable treatment options, following up with potential patients, and converting leads into confirmed consultations/bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand patient requirements and explain clinic services and treatment procedures clearly.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper communication.
- Convert qualified leads into consultations and confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing patients.
- Coordinate with doctors, counsellors and the clinic team for smooth patient handling.
- Address basic patient queries professionally and escalate medical queries to the concerned doctor/team.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach throughout the sales process.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development, healthcare sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, cosmetic or hair-transplant sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Compensation
₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
