Safety Monitoring & Compliance
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct routine site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and client safety requirements.
- Enforce safety rules, procedures, and safe work practices at all times.
Risk Assessment & Hazard Control
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statement reviews.
- Monitor implementation of control measures to minimize workplace risks.
- Ensure proper barricading, signage, and housekeeping at site.
Training & Awareness
- Conduct safety inductions for new employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Organize toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness programs.
- Educate workers on safe work practices and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Promote a positive safety culture across the project site.
Incident Management
- Report and investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts.
- Prepare incident investigation reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain records of incidents and monitor closure of action points.
- Assist management in implementing preventive measures.
Emergency Preparedness
- Ensure availability and maintenance of firefighting equipment and emergency response facilities.
- Participate in emergency drills and evacuation exercises.
- Support emergency response activities during incidents.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and statutory documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
- Monitor and maintain records of PPE issuance and safety training.
- Ensure proper documentation of safety observations and corrective actions.
Contractor Safety Management
- Monitor contractor compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct safety audits of subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure contractors follow approved safety procedures and permit systems.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or Certification in Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Fire & Safety, or NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred.
Experience:
- 3–8 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or building projects.
- Experience in implementing HSE practices at project sites.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Familiarity with permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Understanding of fire safety, emergency response, and PPE requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety reporting.

- Strong observation and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹10,098.00 - ₹38,105.30 per month
