The Mother Teacher is responsible for the overall academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development of the students in her class. She creates a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment while fostering a strong partnership with parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and child-friendly classroom.
- Monitor and support each child's academic and personal growth.
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
- Organise and participate in school events, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
- Prepare teaching aids and maintain classroom displays.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings and professional development.
- Uphold the school's vision, values, and policies.
Qualifications
- Graduate with B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms). Freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with children and commitment to continuous learning.
Pay: ₹9,792.24 - ₹20,000.01 per month
