Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Executive for our Interior Design & Execution firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and bringing new interior projects for execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities for interior design and execution projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, builders, architects, consultants, and other potential clients.
- Identify upcoming interior project opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and execution teams.
- Arrange client meetings, site visits, presentations, and project discussions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Regularly follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop new client networks and maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve business development and sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new project opportunities and potential clients.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing / Business Development preferred.
- Experience in Interior, Architecture, Construction or related industries will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong networking and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of the interior market and execution projects will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
