Job details

To oversee operations at partner center as representative from IIHPL.
To actively participate in business development activities including Camps, CMEs, engagement with doctors for referrals etc
To keep track of patient footfall, conversion from footfall to file and file to treatment.
To share daily MIS with procedure statistics including number of stimulations, ovum pick-ups, freezing of gametes, freezing of embryos, embryo transfers etc.
To ensure procedures are done only by embryologists who are registered under ART act for that center and are assigned by IIHPL.
To ensure 100 % implementation and compliance with regards to HIS data entry.
To keep track of IIHPL pharmacy products vs local purchase statistics and ensure to maximize IIHPL pharmacy purchases.
To ensure timely escalation of any deviation or breech of IIHPL protocol observed at partner center.
To ensure regular updating of licenses by partner center.
To ensure quality standards are maintained as per IIHPL Policies and Protocols.
To ensure patient records are maintained as per statutory requirements and IIHPL Policies.
To coordinate with all stakeholders at HO.
To ensure 35% of the revenue share on a fortnightly basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
