We are looking for an experienced Manager – Accounts & Finance to join our Corporate Office in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall accounting, GL, AP/AR and financial closing
- GST, TDS and statutory compliance
- Cash flow, budgeting and working capital management
- Banking, Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit
- Receivables, payables and inventory accounting
- Manufacturing costing and profitability analysis
- MIS reports and management dashboards
- Coordination with auditors, banks and internal departments
- Leading the Accounts & Finance team
Candidate Profile:
- 8–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial companies
- Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS and Advanced Excel
- Experience in manufacturing costing and inventory valuation preferred
- CA/CMA/MBA Finance or relevant Commerce/Finance qualification preferred
- Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
