A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over phone calls to generate leads, provide information, handle queries, and support sales or customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Explain products/services clearly
- Answer incoming customer queries
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Maintain records of calls and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets (for sales roles)
- Build good relationships with customers
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
- Confidence and convincing ability
- Active listening skills
- Patience and positive attitude
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th pass
- Graduate preferred (any stream)
