The Warehouse/Store Operations/Logistics Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Wagholi, Pune. This position supports day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating incoming and outgoing products, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities include updating inventory records, preparing dispatch documents, liaising with courier partners, and ensuring products are packed and shipped accurately.
The role involves supporting purchasing activities, tracking deliveries, resolving basic shipment issues, and communicating order status to internal teams. The Operations/Logistics Executive works closely with production, sales, and customer service to maintain smooth operations and on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Inventory Management and Logistics Management skills to handle stock tracking, dispatch planning, and coordination with transport partners.
- Customer Service and Organization Skills to manage order-related queries, maintain accurate records, and support internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Purchasing and basic supply chain coordination to assist in sourcing materials and monitoring supplier deliveries.
- Attention to detail and proficiency with spreadsheets or inventory software for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage physical tasks related to stock handling and order preparation.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations is preferred; experience in food or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
