Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and driven candidates for a General BPO Executive role. This position involves handling customer interactions, backend operations, and process support in a dynamic night shift environment. Ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and emails
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Meet quality and productivity targets (KPIs & SLAs)
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Education: Graduate (any discipline)
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of BPO/Customer Support experience can apply
- Willingness to work in night shifts
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with positive attitude
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,100 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
- Performance-Based Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives
- Earning Potential: Up to ₹37,000 per month (including incentives)
