Overview:
We are seeking Onboarding and Training Manager to join our team at Karepa Technologies Pvt Ltd. This role is crucial in ensuring that our companions are well-equipped to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, training, and development, with a passion for fostering growth and excellence within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Identifying staffing needs: Assessing the skills and scope of work needed for a position
Writing job descriptions: Designing and updating job descriptions to attract the right candidates
Sourcing candidates: Using online channels, job boards, and other sources to find potential candidates
Screening candidates: Reviewing resumes and applications, and filtering candidates based on their skills and experience
Interviewing candidates: Conducting interviews to assess a candidate's potential and aspirations
Managing background checks: Ensuring that candidates are a good fit for the role by conducting background and reference checks
Presenting candidates: Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers Negotiating: Negotiating salaries, responsibilities, and titles with candidates Onboarding: Assisting new hires with the onboarding process
Tracking metrics: Monitoring key HR metrics, such as time-to-fill and time-to-hire Communicating: Acting as a communication channel between candidates and companies
- Companion Onboarding: - Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new companions, including orientation sessions, training modules, and mentorship opportunities.Ensure that all new hires receive a thorough introduction to our company culture, values, and expectations.
Training and Development: - Design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of our companions, focusing on areas such as customer service skills, emotional intelligence, and specialized care techniques. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials and curriculums.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
- Companion Management:Oversee the management of companion teams, including scheduling, performance tracking, and addressing any issues or concerns.Work closely with managers and supervisors to identify training needs and implement solutions that enhance team performance.Promote a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and satisfaction among companions.
- Continuous Improvement: - Conduct regular reviews and assessments of current training programs and processes to identify areas for improvement.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure our programs remain relevant and effective.Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall quality of care and support provided by our companions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in onboarding and training roles, preferably within a service-oriented industry.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
