Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand project requirements and business needs
- Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and space planning layouts
- Create 2D drawings, 3D views, and detailed working drawings
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and site teams
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety standards
- Prepare BOQ, project specifications, and material estimates
- Monitor project execution and site progress
- Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Conduct client presentations and project handovers
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial space planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Coohom, 3ds Max, or similar software
- Understanding of materials, lighting, and furniture systems
- Project coordination and site management skills
- Good communication and client handling abilities
- Creative thinking with practical execution knowledge
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- Experience in commercial interior projects
- Knowledge of execution drawings and detailing
