Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Checking Executive with hands-on experience in the textile industry to ensure that fabrics and finished textile products meet the company's quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of textile quality parameters, inspection procedures, and defect identification.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of fabrics, garments, or finished textile products at various production stages.
- Identify and record defects such as weaving defects, shade variations, stains, holes, and finishing issues.
- Ensure products comply with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Perform in-line and final quality checks before dispatch.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and related documentation.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor adherence to quality control procedures and SOPs.
- Assist in root cause analysis for recurring quality problems.
- Ensure rejected materials are properly segregated and documented.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in textile quality checking/quality control is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of textile fabrics, defects, GSM, shade matching, and quality standards.
- Ability to use basic quality inspection tools and maintain records.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of fabric inspection systems and quality standards.
- Experience in woven, knitted, or processed fabrics.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Note: Candidates must have prior experience in the textile industry. Applications from candidates without textile quality experience will not be considered.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
