Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Interior Designer with experience in commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for concept development, space planning, working drawings, material coordination, and supporting project execution for office, retail, experience center, institutional, and commercial fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and presentations for commercial interior projects.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Create 2D drawings, 3D views, and client presentation materials.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams.
- Prepare detailed design documentation and material specifications.
- Support BOQ preparation and material quantity coordination.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, design validation, and coordination.
- Ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings and project timelines.
- Coordinate with MEP, fabrication, signage, branding, and civil teams.
- Review site conditions and update drawings as required.
- Assist in selection of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp software.
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior detailing and execution.
- Understanding of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and site coordination.
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawings and GFC drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial interior projects.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in office interiors, retail fit-outs, experience centers, or institutional projects.
- Basic understanding of BOQ, vendor coordination, and project execution.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
