We are looking for a creative, patient, and passionate Pre-Primary / NTT Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing young minds by fostering a safe, joyful, and activity-based learning environment using play-way and interactive teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Execution: Plan and conduct engaging daily classroom activities, including story-telling, rhymes, art and craft, games, and basic phonics/numbers.
- Child Development: Foster foundational physical, cognitive, social, and emotional skills through structured play and activity-based learning.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a vibrant, clean, safe, and positive classroom environment conducive to early learning.
- Progress Tracking: Observe each child’s development, behavior, and social interactions, maintaining detailed progress reports.
- Parent Communication: Engage warmly with parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to provide constructive feedback on child progress.
- Event Participation: Assist in organizing school events, annual functions, sports days, and festival celebrations.
