Job Description: STALWART PROJECT Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive sales for our flagship Project STALWART. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into buyers, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to deliver results in a competitive real estate environment. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management o Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital platforms. o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and investors. Property Sales & Negotiation o Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers. o Negotiate sales contracts and close deals in line with company targets. Market Research & Strategy o Stay updated on property values, market trends, and competitor activities. o Advise clients on pricing strategies and investment opportunities. Collaboration & Reporting o Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns. o Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business/MBA/BA/B.TEACH Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in real estate sales or a similar role.
