Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead (Delivery Lead) to join our offshore team to drive SEIBI project, which includes upgrading .NET/Java applications, Oracle databases, and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET and Oracle technologies, proven experience in leading a project, and excellent leadership and communication skills. This role will be responsible for managing, coordinating and executing the upgrade process to ensure seamless transition with minimum business disruption.
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead managing server upgrade projects for .NET , Java and Oracle environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET/Java (Framework/Core) and Oracle databases.
- Experience with server administration (Windows), virtualization, and cloud or on-premise environments.
- Proficiency in project management and technical documentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in NodeJS.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of IT security standards, compliance, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft .NET, Oracle, AWS/Azure).
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
