Back Office Executive – Sales
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the Sales Department by managing documentation ,coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Sales team, customers, and internal departments for order execution.
- Good knowledge of printing, scanning and document management
- Maintain customer records, sales databases, and CRM data.
- Assist the Sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the Sales team.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of all sales-related documents.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as printers and scanners
- Strong documentation, filing, and record-keeping skills.
Qualifications
- Any graduate from a recognized university.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office operations, or customer support.
- Freshers with strong computer skills and good communication abilities may also apply.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of sales documentation and order processing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
