- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques within enterprise environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to maintain system stability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and translating requirements into technical specifications.
- Skilled in maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
