We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Chat Customer Service Representatives. The role involves handling customer queries through chat and providing timely and accurate resolutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via chat
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 per month (CTC)
- Travel reimbursement with first salary
