Mija is a modern fine jewellery brand specializing in lab-grown diamond studded jewellery. With a focus on sustainable luxury and contemporary design, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to represent our brand at R city mall, Mumbai (T2) & Navi Mumbai International Airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by welcoming customers and providing personalized assistance.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend the most suitable diamond jewellery pieces.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer service standards.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery collections, designs, and craftsmanship.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain visually appealing product displays and ensure proper stock organization in line with brand standards.
- Build long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement and excellent after-sales service.
- Adhere to all airport retail policies, security protocols, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Prior experience in diamond jewellery (lab-grown or natural) or luxury retail sales.
- Strong sales acumen with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Professional demeanor, confident personality, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work rotational shifts in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience interacting with international customers will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
