GINNOWHATS is an AI-powered WhatsApp Business Automation platform that helps businesses automate customer engagement, lead generation, customer support, marketing campaigns, and sales processes through WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain GINNOWHATS features and benefits.
- Identify customer requirements and business challenges.
- Schedule product demos with qualified prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, CRM, or WhatsApp Business solutions.
- Ability to learn new technology products quickly.
- Good computer and internet skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Telecalling, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience selling Software, SaaS, Digital Marketing, AI, or IT Services.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API solutions.
