Key Responsibilities
- Emergency Response: Assessing, treating, and stabilizing patients during emergencies (e.g., cardiac arrest).
- Patient Care & Monitoring: Conducting regular in-patient rounds, checking vital signs, and adjusting treatments.
- Clinical Duties: Conducting consultations, diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and performing procedures like suturing or wound care.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate electronic medical records, preparing discharge summaries, and updating charts.
- Coordination: Communicating with nursing staff, specialists, and families regarding patient status and treatment plans.
Job Requirements
- Education: MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- License: Valid medical registration/license to practice.
- Experience: Previous 2 YEAR clinical experience, often including rotatory internships or residency in hospital settings.
- Skills: Excellent communication, rapid decision-making, high-pressure stamina
Common Working Conditions
- Often involves rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Focuses on maintaining the continuity of care between specialists
