We are seeking an experienced Manager – Program Management with 10+ years of professional experience in leading complex programs, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic business and technology projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs within scope, budget, and timelines.

Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

Define program objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.

Establish governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and best practices.

Drive program reviews, status reporting, and executive-level communications.

Ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational goals and business strategy.

Collaborate with business leaders, clients, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for program-related escalations and decision-making.

Build and maintain strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

Identify program risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Manage scope changes and ensure impact assessments are completed effectively.

Manage program budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and utilization.

Track program health, financial performance, and overall ROI.

Optimize resource planning across multiple projects and teams.

Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, scrum masters, and cross-functional teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Prepare and present executive dashboards, KPIs, and program status reports.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality processes, and audit requirements.

Facilitate steering committee meetings and governance reviews.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.

10+ years of overall experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Delivery Management.

Proven experience managing large-scale technology and business transformation programs.

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Experience managing geographically distributed teams.

PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.

MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.

Experience in Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, ERP, or Enterprise Applications programs.
