East Point Group of Institutions is looking for an experienced and dynamic legal professional to join our organization as Manager / Senior Manager – Legal.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in litigation management, court proceedings, commercial legal matters, land and property documentation, criminal cases, and overall legal compliance.
Candidates with prior experience as practising advocates, legal consultants, or freelancers handling diverse legal matters are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage litigation matters, court cases, and legal disputes.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and government authorities.
- Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, notices, contracts, and commercial documents.
- Manage land-related legal documentation, registrations, due diligence, and title verification.
- Handle criminal and civil legal matters pertaining to the organization.
- Ensure legal compliance and provide strategic legal advice to management.
- Represent the organization in legal discussions and negotiations when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- LLB / LLM from a recognized institution.
- Strong experience in litigation, commercial law, and land documentation.
- Experience handling court matters independently.
- Practising advocates and freelance legal professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- 5+ years preferred
- Preference will be given to immediate joiners from Bengaluru.
- Fluency in Kannada (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory for this role.
