- Managing day-to-day office administration and coordination
- Handling documentation, filing, and record maintenance for projects
- Coordinating with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients
- Maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and office expense records
- Monitoring attendance, payroll support, and employee records
- Managing office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities
- Scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining correspondence
- Assisting management in project coordination and administrative tasks
- Ensuring proper communication between site and head office teams
- Maintaining compliance documents, agreements, and approvals
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email handling, and office software
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
